FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Currently we ship everywhere within AUSTRALIA using EXPRESS POST by Australia Post to street addresses.
Once you've made your online purchase, we aim to send your order out as quickly as we can during Business hours.
Delivery times are dependent on Australia Post, and your location within Australia, but it shouldn't take more than a few days.
Please note: STREET ADDRESSES ONLY for express post . POST BOX addresses will be shipped with the standard post service .
SHIPPING IS FREE with orders over $100. Perfect!
The free shipping as added, or rather subtracted, at "checkout".
Smaller orders are charged a flat fee of $12.50 that is added at the "checkout stage". So I can save by purchasing a couple of items in my order.
We double check every product before we send it out to you, but we understand that some fragile items may get knocked around on their journey.
If a product arrives damaged, we are so sorry that it's happened to you.
Don't worry, simply contact us immediately after receiving your order on 0418 224 743.
We'll work out the best way to have the damaged products returned to us and a replacement will be sent out as soon as possible.
*It is important to us that you let us know about the damaged goods asap. The longer you wait, may make us believe that your pet Chihuahua may have got into your makeup before you did 🙂 so we do reserve the right to refuse a full refund in some cases.
We do ask that you take care when opening your order.
Health & safety policies require products that are being refunded be returned intact, unused, and as new (unless broken)
We will aim to refund your money asap after receiving your return.
